A young foundation, built on work already done
TrueGems Global Helping Hands Foundation Inc. was incorporated in Maryland in 2025, but the work behind it started years earlier — direct, hands-on support for families in Maryland, Nigeria, and partner communities across Africa.
TrueGems Global Helping Hands Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to uplifting children, women, families, and underserved communities with practical care and long-term support — providing aid and opportunity across the USA, Nigeria, and wider Africa to help people build stronger futures.
Our mission
The mission of TrueGems Global Helping Hands Foundation is to uplift vulnerable children, families, and underserved communities by providing essential resources, educational support, health awareness, and humanitarian relief. We are committed to restoring dignity, creating opportunities, and empowering individuals to rise above hardship and build sustainable, independent lives.
Through compassion, collaboration, and unwavering service, we work to close the gaps in society — ensuring that no child, no family, and no community is left behind.
